He gives his social thought on how the community lives in the capitalist economic setting. How an individual is treated and how one should be treated for the economic welfare taking into consideration the individualà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s welfare.The industry requires individuals to engage in production process but ità ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s noticed that the individual is constantly degraded in one way or another. According to Drucker (pp, 12) the status of the worker implies that workers should be treated as free persons and not merely as a means of production. It is hence very essential to include an individualà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s opinion in the decision making in the management. Rucker suggests that the new non-economic society would be and industrial society characterized by a new system of management that would produce a past dreamed l evel of rationality. Freedom and equality form the basic foundation for a new industrial order. Drucker (pp. 16-17) argues that the only way status and function can be coordinated is by establishing he citizenship of the worker within the industrial order.
